Hi,I am interested in the answer as well. But in the meantime, I saw ikea has an adjustable side ring. It would need to sit on a sturdy flat pan that wouldn’t flex in the oven, but is an option.
What do you think about these salts, Redmond real salt , Celtic sea salt (Selina Naturally), and Baja Gold sea salt? Thank you

The non stick coating is silicone. It’s not teflon.
It doesn’t matter if it is Teflon or silicone. Silicone tests high for multiple heavy metals. Just look around her website to see what has been tested and recommended.
