Hi Tamara! Thank you very much for your posts and recommendations!! I just bought the Bormioli Rocco Sorgente Glassware you recommended above and I love the design, however there is a small logo on the Botton of the glasses. Not sure this is non-toxic. What do you think and suggest me to do?
I have deep Rich Ruby Red Glasses from France that apparently have “gold” in them to give them the deep depth of colour. Have you done any research on this type of glass. Thank you.
Hi Carollyne,
Check out our red glass sections on our main website (with XRF test results for various products)

Do you know if glasses from Target, such as tumblers that are glass would be lead-free? I have appreciated your information over the years. I have noticed it seems harder and harder to find good products!
Clear glass from Target is generally Lead-free (as long as there are no colors or painted markings), but don’t buy products from Target that say they are “Lead-Free Crystal” – as those can test positive for concerning levels of Antimony.
Here’s the “Target” category of articles on the wesite (with test results for lots of different products):

Clear glassware from Ikea, Walmart, Target, and even the Dollar Store can be safer choices – as long as you follow the guidelines above. I have even bought safe, inexpensive, Lead-free clear glass drinkware from Walgreens and Rite Aid and Trader Joes.

Is this the only style of Duralex that is tested to be lead free? I have this brand but not the style. Thank you for the clarity.
Most modern Duralex glassware will be Lead free as long as there are no painted or decorative markings on the glassware. We have XRF test results for many different colors of their products on the main website: http://www.LeadSafeMama.com

Hello. Just wondering if you have tested any of the Duralex Made In France Picardie Tumblers?
Also, Thank you so much for all that you do to help bring awareness to such a very important health issue with lead & heavy metals. Thank you.
Yes – love those. Have those in my home – have test results for those on the main website (but they did not seem to have any available when we updated this page the other day – or the ones they had available were outrageously priced with the current import duties, given they are being imported from France).
